Returns & Exchanges

If you received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please email us at info@webuxxa.com to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, saleable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used, opened, or not in their original condition.

How to Request a Return
• Download, print, and complete the return form if you haven’t already. Request the return form using the form below.
• Email your completed return form along with a photo of the items you’re returning to info@webuxxa.com.
• After approval, ensure your return is securely packaged and meets all the conditions below.
• Clearly mark “Returns” on the outer packaging of your parcel.
• Use a trackable insured shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
• Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@webuxxa.com. Return the items to the following address:

Return Conditions & Guidelines
• All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Ensure all returned items are well-packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
• All return packages must be shipped using a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
• Ensure the return form is approved – failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps:

Step 1: Request the return form using the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for returning.
Step 2: Send your items. Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Be sure to include a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund. Once we have received the package, we’ll ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
